I’ve created websites for quite a few local ‘niche’ businesses now – Woodwork Workshop, Yorkshire Rocking Horses & The Hunt Coat Company included – but this is perhaps the most niche to date!

SC Pipelines. based at the recently refurbished Callis Mill just outside Hebden Bridge, buys and collects unused and surplus pipeage leftover from utility projects (water & sewage) – and then sells them back into the supply chain for future works.

This is a more green and eco-friendly option for utility companies and contractors to purchase recycled ‘as new’ supplies, helping them to fulfil their increasing environmental responsibilities.

Business owner Carl Wade saw an opportunity and started this new business after selling his previous company which was primarily involved in the supply of brand new pipeage into the industry.

As websites go this is a fairly simple and straightforward ‘block’ type design, in colours adopted from the new business logo provided. When a (good) logo has already been created then it’s a great starting place in terms of both colours and font ideas 🙂
