In 2023 EVERY business looking to grow needs an active online presence to best present, project and promote its products or services to its prospective customers.
Online is where it’s at. If not in “buying” directly, then in helping the buying decision. Through research, recommendations and reviews.
For some small, local service-based businesses, just having a proactive and consistent social media strategy – including a steady flow of reviews and recommendations – alone will suffice.
Most other businesses will need a website, to at the very least meet the minimum expectations of their (potential) customers.
Although many may deem to tell you how good they are and promise they can help your business, I don’t feel that’s my place to do so.

So whilst a well-designed, well-structured, engaging and informative website is often at the core, the overriding objective lies beyond this.
To enhance the perception and positioning of your business to fulfil its potential to attract more new customers – and get existing ones coming back for more.
Firstly, I take time to immerse myself in your business, as many clients have commented. To better understand it – and also your potential customers – and then weave that understanding into your website,
I am then often able to offer suggestions and ideas on ways to further market and promote your business – and then on how to engage with both your prospects and the customers you already have.
